Those big steel crates you have pictured down below, (see pic) what are they called and where can you find them? Those a European thing or here in the states? Thanks

I've seen those for years in the factory. They are parts containers. We used to get small castings - crankshafts, intake manifolds, similar stuff in those baskets. I think you might find some at indutrial surplus dealers. I've thought about buying a few for firewood.

Remember having them in the military in the States. We called them flexpallets. Thinking about getting some myself now that I have a big enough tractor that I can lift them with. They are real handy and tuff....

The ones that our daily parts order comes in from Chrysler/Mopar are like that but have wheels on them.
I would like to get one to make a dog cage out of!

I used to see a lot of those in the local scrap yard.. I don't haul as much these days so I don't know if they still get a few of em in these days or not.

They'd usually have some dents, but I too thought about getting a few myself. I can see where they'd be handy for a lot of things.

Have a couple just like those at work. I think they're from Europe (Belguim). We just call them totes. Mind you, anything that holds something seems to be called a tote.
