Flour sifter

Anybody know of a device that would sort wheat that had been hammer milled into different sizes (like large, small and flour)? We don't want to have to run the everything through a bur mill and figure that if we only sent the mediums through the mill it wouldn't burn the flour that is already fine enough.

I am thinking something similar to a mini rock separator. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Sorta. It just needs to be able to handle 30 lbs an hour and I was hoping to hook it to an old tractor to make it work or an old single lunger.

I guess at 30 lbs. an hour a gravity table would be overkill? I enjoy watching them work!

Very interesting. Never knew they had such a beast. That might work, but I was hoping for belt driven. :)
