OT. 05 Impala phone

I have a 05 Chevy Impala that says "Phone Unavailable" every time I start the car or open the door.
Went to the dealer this afternoon hoping he could push some buttons and fix the problem.
But,no I needed to schedule an appointment and the fix could be very expensive with the replacement of the North Star Computer. I have not had North Star for 5 years. This started about 3 weeks ago.
Any one got any idea for a fix to this annoyance.

Look for an "Info" fuse..15AMP if I remember correctly. Probable bad module.

Black electrical tape. Apply to that portion of the dsiplay.

Power button on the mirror. Green light goes off when its off. (Wifes new to her 06 Buick was doing the exact same thing.)

There is not a green light on mirror and I have tryed all the buttons on the mirror without success.
