I am trying to get air out of the fuel lines. On the pump, where the line for the last injector line is there is a screw. This screw was loosened then tightened back up. I cannot get any fuel to the back injector now. Is there something I should do, is this a screw that sets the amount of fuel that goes to the injector. I have fuel going to the other 2 injectors.

If you have a Simms injection pump then that screw holds the barrel of the injection piston for that cylinder. If you loosened it and the barrel came loose then you very well may have damaged that barrel.

Post this over in the Ford section as I don't work on the newer Fords enough to be real familiar with them. I have seen this problem on the older 4000/5000 tractors.

WHEN bleeding injector lines just loosen them at the injector fitting. It will save you many problems.
