MF 30 Industrial Power Steering 1978 - Lets try this again..

Hi
Should have posted this photo in the first place. Ram leaking like mad and I want to remove to rebuild. How do I get it out? Do I remove the large ring clip at the top of the main shaft that goes down to the tie rod and slide everything up and out? (the one with the grease fitting on top) How does one rebuild it?
