Innes Live PTO

I have a friend picked up one of those units for a John Deere A, B, or G. Does anybody have any pictures or information on it? I found a little bit but not too much. He wants to mount it on an A. The clutch pack looks like a direct descendant of the WD Allis.

I'm in the house trying to warm up. My old friend says "I've never been so cold but what I got warm sometime" Anyway I thought I'd see if I could find any new info on the Innes and I ran dead-end into my own post. Doesn't ANYBODY know anything about this piece?
