Take this however you want to, but they weren't invited to the previous 9 either. They also have other services planned that specifically remember the sacrifices made by emergency services. This particular one is geared more at the civilian victims' families.

I agree with Ryan W they are havimg other doings. In fact some were on 60 minutes to night. Like the one man on there said "The ones to be honored as heroes are the first responders that didn't live thru it.
