where is it

our access road is 1/2 mile of sand and gravel. the accords " cabin" filter gets clogged up 2 to 3 times a year.Honda's cost for the filter is $82 + labor. NAPAs best is $29. quite a savings if I knew where it was in the car, 2007 model year. maybe someone on the FORUM can enlighten me as to the location. Thanks in advance CC

Typed your question in Google. It shows a You Tube
video of location and how to. It's located behind glove box which is tilted down foe access to cover. That's all i got. HTH

Just take it out and take an air hose and blow it out backwards. Standard Operating Procedure for tractors or cars.

It took 10 years for the cabin air filter to plug up on my '01 Chevy truck, but then the truck has only 58,000 miles. I didn't even know the truck HAD such a thing until the A/C quit blowing. I'd never even heard of such a thing, and for sure the older vehicles never had such a thing, so I pulled that thing out and tossed it. The A/C works MUCH better now than it ever did, and I bought the truck brand new.

Using the same philosophy I guess you'll pull the engine air filter out also so the engine can "breath better or a short period of time"
