Added another one to the herd

Well here is the newest addition. 1940 H with a horn loader that is modified for all hydraulic instead of a trip bucket. Has a homemade live hydraulic pump and an odd air cleaner, I think. I think it is mostly unmodified except maybe the pto shield. Got it from a friend of the family and he shot me a really good price and we exchanged some work and money to even it up. Sure is going to look good next to the M,B,C, and 10-20, Oh and my wifes Allis C.

Congratulations! I am always happy when someone is able to save a piece of history, which is what these older tractors, (and other vehicles,) really are. Always dreamed of something like that myself, but as you know, circumstances just don't allow everyone to fulfill their dreams. Best of everything to you and yours. I had an Allis CA years ago, excellent little machine!

Nice H I don"t think I have ever seen one with that type loader in Tennessee but I believe that air breather is a cotttonpicker type as many of those tractors were offered with cotton pickers in those days Im not positive but I think that"s right but still nice tractor great find

Nice looking tractor. It's good to see one converted to an alternator without taking a cutting torch to the hood. At least you can put it back someday.
