Woke up to thunder storms again this morning

Check the rain gauge and in the last 2 days if I didn't dump it that is we got 2.5 inches of rain. If I did dump it, can not remember if I did or not yesterday we got 3.75 inches but either way sure is nice to have the rain and cooler temps. Maybe just maybe the garden will come back and produce a bit more now and I might even try to plant some more squash to see it it does any thing
 
Hey I hope ya don't get washed away with all the water!!

We haven't had enough moisture since the first part of June to even claim that it rained. But that is why we have irrigation here. It has always been flood irrigation, now they're changing everything over to pressure system, to conserve water. Don't effect me as I pump out of a well anyway.

By the way where is that info you were going to email me!!!
 
Well if it was up to me I would let every body have rain when they needed it but since I do not control the weather I am sorry I can do nothing to help others LOL
 
we got hit by lighting early this morning, i kinda woke up to the printer reseting it's self, the wife said "do you think you should unplug the ....[b:e9910cda7b][i:e9910cda7b]BOOM!![/i:e9910cda7b][/b:e9910cda7b] never mind" . Lighting blew the AC adaper apart, toasted the DSL router, the LMB on the sat dish, and melted the service box access plug shut. [/i]

And ya didn't even shout as you went by me...hhhhhhhhhhhmmmmm

I don't get mad, just get even...LMAO

PS we were 102 here yesterday, but dry heat!!!

Rich, my granddaughter and I were just now sitting on the porch watching it rain at 6:00 PM. Only got four tenths but it's better than a kick in the butt. Hasn't rained here for a good three weeks so the crops are really enjoying it. Jim
 
Oops, I was pleasantly wrong about the rain amount. We have .55 in the gauge. Won't carry the corn for more than a couple of days but it's still better than the kick. Jim
