Any one know where I can buy after market bottom and back rest for 410 b JD backhoe? John deere wants 180 for bottom and 200 for the back.
 
I looked at aftermarket seats for the mower and the expensive JD ones were just much better. Probably not always true but be sure and check quality.
 
I just send my seat cushions from my 74 Ford 3400 with back-hoe. this had the seat that flips over. Cost will be about $130 to cover mine.

It makes me mad that so many P!ss poor parts people work at dealerships today!!!!! To find the complete seat kits you have to look in the Merchandise sales manual. It list complete seat kits for just about everything ever build by John Deere and some other competitive equipment.

If you look up the two seat cushions in the parts catalog here are the numbers:

Seat back (black) AT25964 list price $192.40
Seat bottom (black) AT20490 list price $140.40

Complete Black SEAT KIT that replaces the two above numbers.

TY26551 Cushion kit List price $128.08

This is the complete cushions not just the padding/vinyl. The seats have been this way now for almost 25 years. If you get a lazy/greedy parts person they will not sell you the cheaper KIT. All of the Utility tractors are where I discovered this out first. All of the other tractors are this way too.
