Free beer!

A friend ,whose SIL works for a beer distributer,just brought us 3 30 packs-a bit outdated-but who cares!It tastes just like the "indated" stuff.<);^)

A few years back (about 30) we had a clean-up job at Crystal Distributing in Cleveland, part of the warehouse caught fire and the cases were smoke damaged. Our job was to load the beer in a dump trailer and haul it to the landfill. Surprisingly, very little of it broke; less than 50%. No chance to pilfer any; ATF followed the semi to the land fill every trip. The last load was 40 cubic yards of mostly Heineken, and 10 minutes after my brother left, ATF was still there. "Aren't you going to the landfill?" someone asked. "No, we don't have anything to do with import beers". There was a mad dash to get to a radio, but our 2-ways were in a bad area,or something, and I couldn't reach my brother to divert the load back to the yard. A side note: During this operation, a gentleman of color pulls up in a rusty Cadillac, and begins filling his trunk with beer. The owner of the warehouse watched this and waited until the trunk was nearly full. Then he walked over and politely inquired of his actions. Colored gentleman was not at all courteous with his response, and proceeds to rip warehouse owner a new one. Colored gentleman stops abruptly when warehouse owner pulls out .44 and holds it to colored gentleman's head, and quietly requests that he unload the beer. I was only about 15 at the time, that scared the heck out of me. But the colored gentleman complied.
