I had a prosductive day yesterday. Changed oil in my Wifes Honda, our Suburban, the four wheeler, and the lawn mower. Also put a tube in the left front tire on the mower. getting sick of pumping it up all the time.

Thanks for the impressive photos, CG.

I did not realize that the NE lab was still testing tractors. It's good to know that someone is "keeping them honest."

they pull this tractor behind the dyno to create more load by spinning the engine with trans. The valve on exhaust restricts air flow causing greater load. Really a neat stop if you are in the area.

Is the 6030 fully functional? Seems the way they use it, it would be a terrific strain on the transmission. The 6030 engine would act like a very big air compressor if I understand what they are using it for.

Here's what we used for extra load behind the last trailer. Only need it for the lower gears.
We connected the rear of the M88 facing the rear of last trailer. The test driver would set a constant engine speed using a partial stall. We would load the trailers and the M7 to set a constant speed. The test vehicle was at full throttle. We needed this on the M1A1 Tank and the German Leopard Tank. We used the brakes on the M88 for stalls. Hal
