Hauling Water South

Last year and year before, saw lots of hay getting hauled south. Now I see lots of water trucks hauling water south.
Can't make it out very well, but has "Drinking Water" on back....

Well, I don't know what that was all about. We're really drying up down here, water supplies dwindling. So hauling water is the result..........

Actually it would say Potable water.

What would say Potable Water? The truck I was following said "Drinking Water" on the back of the trailer.
