Where's a good place to buy a radiator for a Ford tractor?

I may have to buy a new radiator here pretty soon and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for an online source?

Thanks!

A lot depends on where you are. This site has them so if out west I would use this site. If your in the mid west then maybe nnalert or the tractor barn in Republic MO if close to Missouri

DAve,

There's a diesel repair facility near where I live in Columbia, TN. They sell new radiators. I bought one for my 1973 Ford 2000 tractor about 5 years ago. Their price was good and the radiator has worked well.

There might be something similar in your area.

I'm dropping my damaged one off today. I won't know until late today or tomorrow. Just getting my ducks in a row on price and who to order from in case I do have to get a new one.

Fingers crossed on the old one but still, I need to get her rolling again as soon as I can.

Thanks for the heads up. I think I need to look under 600 parts for the radiator.

I strongly advise you to repair or recore your OEM radiator.

Insist upon a flat-fin industrial type core.

Hey Dean they haven't begun selling plastic radiators for our tractors now right? I recall buying a radiator for my 78 Chevy Van at it was plastic. Supposedly better but not in my mind.

I have used Dennis Carpentor for alot of my old ford truck parts. They seem to carry new replacment and a good deal of NOS parts. I know they carry parts for 8n"s and I think 2 and 9n"s and maybe more

New radiators all seem to be imports that dont fit well.Better wait until some one who has just put one on answers

Just a quick follow up about my radiator.

I dropped it off at Click's Radiator Service here close to where I work here in Dallas, Tx.

They guy told me it was an after market radiator already and pretty clean. He said he could rebuild it any way I wanted but the flat fin style would cost me over $300.

So, for $85, he repaired it, cleaned it and painted it and said it was in good shape.

Service and folks are a thumbs up. I'll know about the radiator here this weekend.

Also, I was able to track down a 160° thermostat at O-Rieley's for $10 but had to settle for a cut your own gasket for 99¢.

Thanks for all your help folks. I'll keep the info and a couple of book marks for just in case later down the road.
