need advice on a landini 10000 tractor,2300 hrs.cab air heat 540/1000pto 3 pt dual remotes power steering,good tires@sheet metal. any thoughts good or bad appreciated,thanks.

That depends on the price I suppose. I wouldn't take it unless you plan to use it until it dies, or you get a smokin deal on it. I have seen a crap load of landini's sitting on dealers lots as a trade in for YEARS, it appears no one wants them. Maybe for good reason? Im not sure. All of this is my honest opinion.

I do not know what country they were made in but unless you were in that country I would say nothing for use, If it would be somesort of a show tractor here in America a little value for that but use, forget it ever existed.

That age/model of Landini is just a Italian built Massey-Ferguson. It has a 354 Perkins motor. They built them from 1978-1993. If you have a good older MF dealer close then stop in and ask him if they know what model it crosses too. I know they do cross. I think it is a MF 399 but would not swear to it.

If it is the same as the MF 399 I found several with MFWD selling right at that 25K range. Two wheel drive would be at that 12-14K. That Landini would be 50-70% of that if in perfect condition.

The local MF dealer here bought and sold them here for a few years. He knew which ones where just MFs re-badged. The only difference was some of the controls where placed just a little differently than the MF ones. They where 30-40% cheaper due to the exchange rate at the time.

The newer Landini are a completely different tractor and they have a terrible resale.
