Well I bit the bullet and started that ugly task of long over dew tractor shop cleaning. It was hard to get started but once you get going it goes pretty quick. I did not work all day on it because I had other business to take care of first, like going to the bank with my big fat cheque I got from selling some of my heavy equipment. :D Well back on the messy shop topic. The first thing I did was pick up all the tools that I could see and piled them on the work benchfor sorting at a later time. I then started my portable wheel barrow and drove it in front of the west door,Istarted to fill the bucket with garbage. I could not believe I was starting to see the ozone layer in the shop. Hey just thought of something what ever happened to the ozo..... oh never mind that might open a can of worms,Im really trying to be good this week  It been raining all F N week good for my oats  heres some pics of my progress, it will be a couple of days before completion

OK...LYLE...in my case, my shop is much, MUCH smaller than yours...only 24 X 28 ft., BUTTTT the CONCEPT of a "clean shop" is the same regardless of size.

In your first picture above, you already have 7 to 9 times MORE usable floor space than my shop. And I "started cleaning" it 8-9 months ago. I now have a very narrow foot path that goes from front to back along one side and then turns to the other side to get to the vise and tiny corner of the work bench.

Thanks a lot (NOT!!) for bringing up the subject(s) of "clean", "tractor", and "shop" in one sentence!! NOW I gotta start wrapping my poor, pitiful brain around the idea of trying to clean/find my shop once again.

Have a good one!!

Rick...down south of you a bit in NORTH Carolina.

I'm not going to post any pictures of my shop, it might hazardous to my health. I did sweep out the middle today. Made a hole for the latest project a D17 Diesel puller. Keep up the good work, I might trade wheelbarrows, you probably don't need one that good since you don't use it that often. My 480E would do just as good. LOL Vic.

On the bottom picture -- Take that cup fill it with some good C eh N eh D eye eh en whiskey and ponder to yourself --- Why didn't I put those wrenches on the peg board in the missing areas before I piled all that stuff on top of them ? LOL you wanted critics ??
