Maken sure you write it in MS WORD first so you can do the spelling and grammar check before you copy/paste it here..... Want you to keep in the good graces of the nice folks here............

A friend of mine had a St Bernard and on a snowy wintry day that sum b!tch would meet you at your car door, grab your arm and take you right to the back door ,then let go of you..and you had no choice, you were going to the house...bred right into them to rescue....wonder dog!

A fellow that I worked with broke down one evening on the way home. I stopped to pick him up, and as we turned in his long lane, his St. Bernard ran to meet us. He was loping alongside the Ford Pinto that I was driving, and Gene drawled, "I'd pull my arm in the window if I was you, Paul. He'll take it off."

I did. . .

Nice picture of your dog and kittens, by the way.

St. Bernards are among the sweetest creatures of any type that exist. I had a St. Bernard, and she loved every living creature, as aparently yours does. One of her best friends was one of our cats. They slept together every night. The only problem with St, Bernards is that their life span is short, even for a dog. I lost her on July 1, 2008. I still cry for her whenever I think of her (like now) and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

Good luck with your sweet girl, I hope she lives a long life with you.

most protective dog ever. My friend owned one and his foster
mother had a NASTY little poodle, pure spawn of satin. One day the
poodle came after me, Molly (the st Bernard) pawed it right to the
ground, didn't even have to look at the dog, just as it ran by she
picked up her left paw and pined it to the ground. Made a believer
out of me.

Where's the "hot toddy" around his neck? Remember George from TV? Loved by everyone but didn't want to do anything.

Interesting timing on this one. My wife, after wanting one for years just picked one out of a litter of 8 this weekend, actually there were 11 to start with but the mother rolled over on 3 of them. So far he's good at sleeping and eating. Should be a great dog.
