i think they are really good people im very happy they pointed out my writing skills which is not so great i guess im the only one that did not get the opportunity for a good education like they did. i noticed there is some spelling mistakes on here but i can over look them because i know what people are trying to get out. Im not sure but i think that would be kinda rude to bring that to the posters attention all the time but most of us are understanding and maybe more muture then others. but hey it takes all kinds to make the world go round. and i had to sell my 8N tractor

lyle,Who cares about your spelling,i don't.
i still make plenty mistakes(english is my sec language)
As for selling the 8n,the thing is useless in todays farming anyway, its only good for a small acreage or (this will p"ss some people off)
as lawn ornament.
I wouldn't have a use for one.

Bison,I was raised on an 8n.Ilove em.true, they are pretty much useless in todays wolrd, but thats okthey were afar cry above a horse wich they replaced.and they had ALL KINDS of equipment made for them-by lots of MFGers.if they are so bad,way are over half of the 800,000 still in use today?and besides, they are just plain fun littlr tractors.-just my opinion.now you can slam me;^)

There's no need to slam ye.i too drove these fords and ford fergusons in the past, can't say i liked them though.
yes, there are still plenty of them around, same for the horses they replaced.
Old habits have a way of dieng hard.LOL

Whattya mean, useless?

They're very useful for going down and getting the mail. If you don't have too much mail.

Oh, and I grew up with one, too. It was the only tractor my dad ever had, and he dairied for about 15 years, hobby farmed for 30. I had no desire to have it when he decided to sell it.

Everyone has an equal right to post, if you don't like it, move on. As for saying we don't want them on here,I don't think we have the right, different if you owned it,but the posts passed so we assume they are acceptable.
Grow a thicker skin.
Keep selling that 8n, in the future it may turn a profit.
