Started checking for a broken wire in the loom. The loom comes out of the fuse box on the left fender and plugs into another loom just above the left valve cover. I found a wire in that loom that had been rubbing on a line from the powersteering pump to the hydraulic assist brakes. Cut and spliced a new section in, Alternator now works as it should. Thanks for all the help.
