went to the old jd fired it up and started to put fuel in it i waited and waited did not seem to be filling then i thought maybe if i shut it off, so i shut the tractor off and in no time the tank was full LOL
 
Yep,those JDs are thirsty!On the other hand,the 730 diesel(that I started out with in '78) was the most fuel effient tractor Ive ever seen-or owned.
