O.T. Warm starting problem Econoline

We put a new battery in it, a new alternator and changed the starter. No improvement except volt meter is where it should be. Cranks very slow and will not start. It cranks like it is 30 below. Am going to take battery and old starter to parts house to test. Someone mentioned that the timing may be way too far advanced. However it runs good, and no pinging when accelerating.
Any Ideas? Thanks in advance, will let everyone know when it is solved.

Check cables and ground to engine. Seen it a few times where they were bad and someone had already dumped money in it.

Agree with Uncle Tom.

Have even solved one on a gas engine where the
return path became the manual choke cable.
The red hot cable was the clue!!
Other NEW vehicles had the chassis bolt hole
painted before installing the cable.

Check your cables and connections! You should use a DVOM to do a voltage drop on each part of the circuit.
