getting ready for wheat,and beans so i snapped a few pics one is of the 190 i just bought and has a spun bearing hoping to restore it as an FFA project. Can any one help with the model of the disc and the color scheme of it id like to repaint it when i do my 190 so i have a nice looking team

Did you post this on the AC forum? Those guys will drool over this stuff, and know the harrows. That 190 redone correctly, will last you forever- its an awesome machine! have a great time restoring it, a great find too!

I put it on there and found out that it is a 2300 series

I read that wrong i did put it on unoffical allis but not the allis fourum on yt

I agree that it's a 2300; we had 2 (coulda been 3) of 'em in the 60s and 70s; there is a LOT of flex in the frame, which is made of a high strength/high carbon steel; my experience may have been atypical, but I was forever replacing/repairing broken frame members.

our biggest complaint is that it ridges like a mother trucker any speed over 4 mph and we have to disc it at least one more time to even out the ridges
