OT: 2000 DODGE RAM 1500 IGNITION LOCK.

Having problems, Turn key lights come on fuel pump pump but does not turn truck over. I also don't hear starter solenoid engage. No clicking. Move steering wheel to lock steering wheel. Locks then I can't turn key at all. Move steering wheel a little while turning the key and Key will move but it will stiil not start.
Would this be the ignition lock or the switch?

Not the lock.
Might be Switch;
Might be starter soleniod
might be a wire

depending on year/usage/climate, switches wear out, rust on terminals. might have to check the box at the bottom of steering column. have you checked batt for clean terminals, how old is batt. make sure you are getting enough juice to every thing first... could be pump going out, especially when runs lower than half tank[pump runs hotter, no gas to keep cool]wears out pump life....as for steering wheel locking, it just on a bind from when p/s pump pressure stops causing wheel to turn against lock. normal on a lot of vehicles.

Make sure you have it all the way into park. try pushing up on the lever before/while turning the key.

Neutral switch. Bad solenoid. Bad starter. Almost dead batt.

Found fuse that was blown replaced and after about 20 starts it blows the fuse again.

Replacing starter.
