oil pump to-30 in frame?

My oil pressure relief valve is frozen closed and causing a very high pressure reading. I see that the relief valve is close to if not incorporated in the oil pump. Is it possible to drop the pan and get to the oil pump and relieve the frozen valve. If not too much trouble would someone send a picture of the pump and valve with the oil pan removed.

you have a Harry Ferguson TO-30 right? I might be able to dig up my pics of the pump area, but for now, post this question on the Harry ferguson forum, on the left under Allis on the grey bar above.
