What is a John Deere 520 wide front tractor with a loader on it worth? Supposedly ran but has sat in a covered shed for at least 8 years.

I recently bought a 520 narrow front, that had been sitting in a barn for 3 yrs. with a three point for $3000. The loader, if it's a John Deere 45, is worth $300 - 500 in good shape. My tractor has like new rear tires and good sheet metal and a near perfect grille.
