oil for mini

what would be the recomended oil for my mini? it is really working hard in that soft ground. right now i am using 15w40

If its a S.A.E. oil you can not do any better.

15-w40 or a straight weight diesel rated oil is the oil to use. They have the most ZDDP of the modern oils.
I just bought some oil that was stored for Y2K. Its rated SF/CD which means it still had a good dose of ZDDP. The new gas rated oils have a reduced ZDDP content to keep from plugging the catalytic convertor.
