i am in the process of replaced a seal on the steering --have fluid coming out top by steering wheel--have everything loose or apart but the pto where it attaches to dash,have the handle off and the housing is loose but need cable to to come out or pull though so i can finish removing housing that steering shaft comes though-any ideas ?
