Matt carefull how you treat him He can't retaliate against you now and the temptation will be to ride him hard. HOWEVER you will be watched very closly by others and your actions will be discussed by the board in private. SO be the proper boss and treat him fairly without cutting him any more or less slack than any one else on your crew Ron |

| | That is my plan, I won't treat him much different. However there are a few locks I wouldn't mind changing. I am referring to vacuuming leaves in a windstorm/ thunderstorm like he has made us do in the past and other poor managment things I am going to override. When I talked to the park board last night after the meeting those are the reason they put us in command, that and to test us to see what we can get done and to unlock "doors" he kept locked. |
