Hello Andrew,Most serious shippers who buy and sell equipment find a reliable freight shipping pro to handle their shipping then stick with them. These are guys who know rates and equipment nationwide and know a good deal from a bad deal at a glance. In trucking you may go through at least 20 or more bad ones to find one honest good one you can rely on. That's why once you find one you'll want to stick with them. Most problems happen when trying to get something for nothing. That doesn't mean you have to overpay to get a reliable carrier. There is always a magical number that gets your freight moved at a rate that makes your deal work and keep a carrier happy, too. Only way to learn those numbers is experience.
