It is all a racket to generate revenue, I would not put it past law 'enforcement' to start issuing tickets even though you are 2 or 3 MPH UNDER the speed limit, after all, it is your word against theirs, and we all know who will be believed if you contest the ticket, and money is tight.Law 'enforcement' are trained and encouraged to perjure themselves, and will do it at the drop of a hat. Law 'enforcement' IS NOT your friend.

I have had some experience in law enforcement, both city & county departments. Mostly depends on judges in the area. This was in southern Mn.
Instructions from procecutors & judges-"There are plenty going 10-20 over limits, don't waste your and my time with anything less than 10 over limit".
Wrote a few between 5-10 over depending on weather or road conditions or driver actions.
