A few used car tires and the second haybine could have went right on top.LOL I have helped to load and unload quite a few loads like that. Our loader tractor was not as good as yours. The biggest loads I have ever seen are the ones going to Mexico,at our local sale they spent 2 days loading a truck sometimes. If it complete machine they have to pay some special tax but if tore apart they list it as parts.I would hate to be their drive as you need to tighten loose chains every 50 miles for the first while. Thanks for the pics it makes me remember when me and Dad did that for a living.

Fred, I want you to bring that load by my house so that I can see that you didn't scratch any paint on those Fords.

We have been overrun with those little Fords lately, We will have enough parts to keep them running for another 60 years.

There's a place not to far from here that has quarterly consignments sales. The Mexican's come up for it and if you want to see some packed loads, they can do it.

Here is the link. It is in Marion SD. They always have a lot of stuff and draw big crowds with buyers from all over the US, Canada and Mexico. The David Dykes Estate auction on the bottom of the list is the guy who founded Worthington Tractor Parts and later started the All States Ag Parts yards. They are pretty decent auctioneers. They will tell you what they know about something even if it is bad.
