11'8 is pretty low for a bridge. You would think somebody would
have figured out they need to lower the roadway. Railroad will
probably never raise the bridge.

| Saw the video on another news source a few weeks ago. Something mentioned was an old sewer pipe under the road. If the pipe would be lowered it would make a trap to catch solids & plug up.
Other choice would be to build a catch tank, lift pump & force main.
