heres a list of the different brands in that box

craftsman .companion ,williams tappet wrench ,williams super wrench.par x?.blue
point?.herbrand?.,husky.,vlchek?.,sk electrolite.,and Barcolu Buffalo USA?

I see a Bonney end wrench in one of your photos (Bonney Forge was a high-end tool manufacturer back in the day....)

finding more information about those brands and when most were produced: site: alloy-artifacts dot org is a good starting place. Lots of info there.

My go-to for the rust removal on the old ones I find is evapo-rust. A day or so soaking and the rust washes away -- and ready to be more thoroughly cleaned and lubed again.

Good finds!

I wash tools like that in paint thinner then soap and water to get all the oils off. Then into a container of vinegar for a soak. Then wash in water again, maybe a little scrub with a brush. Rust gone.
