Breitling watch 1884

Well it is a tool of sorts. I need to have some repairs done on a watch and can't find a local shop in this part of Virginia that can do it. Seems like all they do these days is replace a battery. Anyone have a real watch repair person that you trust?
I have worn this guy for about 17 years and miss it. Seems like most people just use their phone to tell time.
I always prefer to deal face to face with service folks, but if I have to ship this thing off I will.
Thanks

Go to www.yelp.com and a search for fine watch repair or Swiss watch repair in a city near you. There are still repair places out there, you may have to mail your watch in to avoid a long trip. Insured, obviously.

Call first and make sure they a) do the work in-house, not send it to a third party and b) verify they can do what is needed on your watch. Some "repair" places only do batteries and cleaning in house, all real repairs get mailed out to an outsource shop.

Thanks Sporty and Grouse, I knew those things. I was just checking to see if any of the YT folks had personal experience with a jeweler that they would recommend. I will contact Breitling directly.

Flembo I like to add something to an otherwise boring question. I thought that sign was funny.
