Moisture in air will condense on cold floor. Heated air by itself won't dry it out with ventilation. Remove snow/water with shovel, broom, or squeege I can think of 3 methods that will dry it out, two expensive, other free. Expensive-Radiant floor heat, either electric grid or hot water piping. Dehumidifier. Free- sunshine. If you are lucky enuff to have a south or west facing door, open it & let nature do its thing. Open door will also ventilate the humid air out & let drier air in. An open door on opposite side & a gentle wind help a lot. |
