I am not real fond of it. It works fine, but it is bulky and heavy and pretty much of a one shot deal. I bought it when I had shoulder and tendon surgery. I have sense bought a standard compound bow, a lightweight Mathews. Much lighter than the crossbow, more convenient and I can slip in a second arrow and get off another shot in seconds if need be. And really, the range of a crossbow is not much better than a regular bow. Gene [Reply]  [No Email]

Some pictures maybe of a Huey that got stuck with a VERY large crossbow bolt 1969- A brother in 7th calvary/1st Airmobile said it happened a couple times, best LZ for attack got covered by whatever Charly could get. They make a loud noise the moment you pull the trigger or at least the ones I have owned or handle all did so yes you could be pin pointed pretty easy plus they are hard as heck to cock unless your a big very fit man. I have bagged many a deer with it and the scope that came with it when new. I am more then happy with it other then of course they now make better ones but that is part of life and they always improve stuff. Wisconsin was restricted that way couple years back- was being proposed to let Crossbows and couple other thing in for regular bow season. RN [Reply]  [No Email]
