Thanks Sean, but the cover is already off. I somehow got it off with the brake engaged and now, of course, I don't know how to release the stainless loop so it'll slip over the clutch assembly. I see where the star wheel engages with the brake handle when it's assembled, but it's apart. Craig

| Try positioning the handle so it engages with the star wheel when you put the clutch cover on, then you can release the chain brake. Or you can use a screwdriver or something to manually turn the star wheel back to release the brake.
