 A few weeks ago I went past a farm on the route to visit my in-laws and they had cut down a large tree by the road and left a tall stump, and this is what they made of it. Hard to tell the size by the picture but I suppose it is nearly 10 feet tall. |

| That is some great talent. I wish I could do that with a chainsaw. I have seen a guy make eagles, bears, cats, all kinds of animals with a large log and a saw. This guy lives maybe 15 miles or so from me. He lives on a main road. I am sure that he charges some serious coin for that art. |

| Looks like they could sever it and move it out of the elements. A building material salesman I knew in NJ had a similar thing done to tree that was cut down, he kept regular wood preservative treatments going on it, likely its still their today. |
