Hi, Just thought I would ask someone for help. Hope you will respond. I have a loaded tire on my case 1070. the valve stem is bad. I think I need to take tire off the rim to change the stem? if so, it was loaded with what I thought is something like salt water, but don't know. I have heard of many types of liquid to put bad in. what would be best or maybe cheap but good. thanks for helping. |

| There were two types of valve stems used, an older one and a newer one. I think Miller Tire shows them on there site. If you roll the tire so the valve stem is at the top and jack up the tractor you should be able change the valve stem without removing the tire. See millertire.com Look at "tire supplies" page 2 at the end they are there. Most tires that are loaded are loaded with calcium chloride, if it leaks it will rust your rims.If it doesn't leak you are good to go. I think this is what you are talking about. Good Luck |

| If filled with fluid it should have a tube in the tire so all you need to do is jack it up off the ground then spin the tire so the stem is at 12 o'clock then let the air out and then remove and replace the stem. You may have to replace the other part also that the stem goes into since tractor rear tubes are a 2 part thing so you have a larger hole for pumping the fluid in |
