Has anyone tried this industrial sewing machine from harbor freight? Made by Chicago electric. I would like to know how it"s working out for you. Does it have a walking foot?

They really don't have enough information or pictures to tell if it is a walking foot. It should be listed in the description if it was. It is however a needle feed which means the the feed dog moves with the needle down. This means that it will feed much better than a normal machine that feeds with the needle up.
I have worked on industrial sewing machines since 1962 and from the descripton in the web page and the Harbor Freight catalog I don't think this machine has a walking foot.

No doubt Chicago Electric Co is in Singapore.

Haha. Locally they sell Boudreaux's crawfish tails from China. They laugh all the way to the bank.

Do you REALLY think "Chicago Electric" exists (other than a folksy/US-sounding name for chinese stuff)?

If it had a walking foot, you'dd know it. That information would be part of the title.
