Thank you! It's frustrating when someone tries to explain something they don't know. I've even seen it where someone bought cylinders at an auction and then took them to get filled only to have the tanks seized as being stolen from the supplier. Yes, even if you purchase tanks, you still have to pay a maintenance/testing fee at some time. Maybe T40 is talking about propane tanks? They can be filled anywhere as long as they're within the date and in good shape. High pressure cylinders not so much. Dave
