Jim Paparich 04-30-2012 19:16:51 75.14.219.54 Report to Moderator	I was missing the float valve gasket from item C545V on invoice 423144. I called Jeff and he indicated he'd send me one right away. I called a week later and talked to Mike and he informed me that Jeff told him that he'd sent the gasket two days prior. Week 3 - I talked to Derek on 4/26 and he said he'd have one hear by Saturday (4/28). As of today (4/30), I still have not received the gasket. What's going on with this? In the past, your customer service has been excellent, so this is very disappointing. [Reply]   [No Email]
