I keep trying to reply to a post with a quote and keep getting this message:
We are sorry, your post contained one or more words that are restricted due to either YT User Community standards or are common indicators of spamming, cracking, or spambot activity. This was most likely accidental but for obvious reasons, the list of such words cannot be published. Please press back arrow and remove any obvious words or unusual character sequences that would not normally occur in speech.
The question is:
Why? I don't see anything unusual about the post. |

As soon as I click on quote it brings up this message, so it isn't my message that is making it bring up the message, I haven't even typed anything yet, it is the post that I am replying to. What I don't understand is how that person was able to post it originally and it didn't bring up that message, but I can't reply to it with the same thing in my message. |

| I missed that, you are talking about modern. That means the classic view has a different set of rules. Just reply to it instead of quoting since the quote won't get back to classic anyway (they are stripped off at the request of classic users).
I would like to see which post it is though so I can see what triggered it. Send me a link if you wouldn't mind.
Thanks

| It sounds like a misfire on the security program. Email me the text and I'll figure out what it is. It's usually going to be some combination of special characters that match what crackers use to break into systems. Things like backward quotes, exclamation points, less than, greater than and a few others, if in the right sequence will match one of the cracking sequences. If you see anything like that, rearrange it. Other wise just shoot the text to me and I'll check it out.
