Just noticed my e-mail isn't open. Looking down some conversations I don't see any e-mails open? |

| | Bob, Do a refresh of any of the pages and see if the Send Email links have returned for you. It looks like anyone with a space in their username may have looked to the program as if they weren't logged in. Thanks, Chris |

| | One more response on this. I just clicked on the Send Email link on your post and sent you an email. I think maybe your login cookie is there but not set correctly. That can happen in some rare cases. You can tell if when you go to post, your username doesn't automatically appear in the Name: box. If that is happening, it means your login cookie exists with your password, but it doesn't have the username in it. This is fixed by going to the top of any forum page (e.g., go back to the top of this forum), and click on "Login Status". In that window, there is a "Click here to logout". Do so. Then the next time you post, you will enter your Username and password (after you hit the post button) and the login cookie will be rewritten. Then the Send Email links on others posts will start to appear again. Thanks, Chris |

| Be sure to let me know, I'm off looking at another angle on this (I mentioned it in my email response to you). Either could cause this problem, but the one I mentioned, is fixable from my end. The other requires the logout and post method. |

| | Bob, I"m going to assume you were talking about Classic View. The Send Email no longer shows up for people browsing anonymously. You aren"t browsing anonymously based on you having used your real username in making this post. That tells me that for some reason, the post viewing program isn"t able to read your login cookie. Can you see my email on this post (indicated by the Send Email link), or does it also show "No Email". If you aren"t seeing "Send Email", we"ll have to determine why your browser is rejecting the request for the login cookie. Let me know. Thanks |

| I use classic. All I'm seeing is "no e-mail". Hasn't been this way in the past. |

| | If you are referring to Modern View then that is correct, I have not put the Send Email link in yet. If you are referring to classic view, that may be a bug and I would like to know. Thanks |
