If you look to the left part of the message box at your username, it is showing as a guest. Register this username first or use your real username (which is your name).

Click to modern view and look at this post. You will see that beside your name it says "guest". That means you are not using a registered username, and guests can't post photos. I can help you get that straightened out if you email me.
