Have you tried mcmaster carr? They have 1/2"x5" for 6.90. Granted they are only grade 5, but it says they are min tensile of 120K psi. Also look for a fastener store. I have one in my area that I can get 2 of this and 4 of that.

| I'm able to obtain all the square head fasteners (bolts) at the local Lowes store (can probably find the same at the Home Depot).
