Its a MM disc for sure, I have one just like it. About the only way to do it is to cut the center section out and replace it with another piece of tubing. Weld like a steam pipe and grind down and slide a short piece of bigger tubbing (about 10" long)over the weld and weld it to both sides for added strenth. The bracket for the cylinder will have to be cut off the tube and welded to the new one. Make sure the wheels are in the same posision before welding. I can measure mine for the right hight when the cylinder is fully down (closed). Its not a bad job just takes time to do it right. Bandit
