I recently repaired the trans in my Jubilee after it sat for about three years. The hyd. system was cleaned and filled with new fluid at the time of the trans fix. My 3pt doesn't lift every time I move the control lever. I looked inside while running the hyd's and can see a flow of oil coming into the hyd. reservoir. The lift piston doesn't move every time the control is moved. Is the piston bad or something else maybe? It still has the vane pump.
