Is there an easy way to get the outer ring back on after a new tire and tube are installed? It has the 40" tires with the heavy caststar centers. Thanks |

| My outer ring is one piece. Are we on the same page? Mycenter rimis sliced through with a bracket that bolts the rim together with one bolt. Then the outer ring gets slipped over the rim and locks the tire on. Thanks |

| If it is "tweaked" in any way, it will be a nightmare (and dangerous!)! if it is still in good condition (i.e. "not tweaked"), it should just pop on in a few seconds with minimal grief. I had a tweaked on on an F&H F-20 rim that we had to install the tire/tube, then block the tire DOWN so we could spot weld the lock ring. Turned out nice. |
